The last week or so has been pretty great… I became an Aunt to a gorgeous healthy boy, celebrated my Mom’s 60th birthday, got a promotion at work, did some great Valentine’s Day shopping and had fun spending time with the people I love most in the world. I’m really pretty happy at the moment…

p.s. I fished my posture corrector out of my sock drawer last night and I’m looking ridiculous wearing it in the office today. This thing is not very comfortable but it really helps me hold my shoulders back and sit up straighter at my desk. I think posture is the key distinction between a good and a bad photo and I’d hate to have hunched shoulders in my wedding pics, they were expensive!

Your mother, wow! 60?! She looks amazing and beautiful. What a sweet baby nephew you have! Now you will have 7 nephews!! Where are the nieces?! Maybe you’ll be the first to bring a girl into the family
