Fun week!

I hope you are all having a wonderful Tuesday!  It’s a beautiful day, I’m wearing a red dress and this is shaping up to be a fun week.  Tonight, Polaris Project is hosting a Happy Hour to Benefit Survivors of Human Trafficking at Mad Hatter in Dupont Circle at 6pm.  If you’re in the area come by!  The donation cost is $10 and all proceeds will go toward supporting the critical services that Polaris Project provides such as transitional housing, job training, and individual therapy.  We’ll be on the 2nd floor Mezzanine.

Then, tomorrow night I will be meeting the fabulous ladies of DC FABB (DC Fashion & Beauty Bloggers).  DC FABB was created by DC fashion bloggers, Lacey & Liz, as a medium for area bloggers to connect.  We’re gathering at a chic downtown boutique for refreshments, shopping and the opportunity to chat up the designers.  There are 100+ DC FABBers and I’m excited to meet them!  I have to remember to bring my camera so I can share some pics:)

I loved these dresses when they were first on Gossip Girl! By the time I tracked them down, they were all sold out!

I’m going to be missing this week’s DC Fabb event – it’s my fiance’s birthday – but hope to meet you at the next one! http://www.cardigansandcouture.blogspot.com/.

Hi, I’m a new reader :) I think I found your blog from a reference somewhere, but I seem to have forgotten… anyway, I think I’ll stick around a bit, it seems like a really lovely blog!

Oh and I love wearing red dresses, it makes even uneventful days feel special.
